Please report within 48 hours of receiving the product through Whatsapp or sending an email to support@nestroots.com with the images of the product.

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. We charge Rs.100 for shipping for order value below Rs.999.

We ship within 24 hours of receiving an order. You should receive your order within 5-7 days of placing it. In case you have placed an order for a made to order product or sold out item, the product shall be shipped to you once it is back in stock.

We are not shipping outside India as of now.
